New Grooms Hats

I don't know if anyone has posted this, but just wanted to let you know that I saw a new grooms hat for sale in Disney a couple of weeks ago. It is the traditional beanie cap with ears. The front looks like the front of a tux, there is a small top hat between the ears, and the back looks like the back of a tux with tails. They still had the top hat ears too.

I didn't see one at Disney World, but there's one at Disneyland. It's white ears with a lacey print and a mini tiara between the ears. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take a picture...

Hmm, that's a little strange. I like that it's smaller but I like the older ones better. Why would you were a hat with a tux wearing a hat? Doesn't really work, IMO.

I agree!! I was excited because the traditional one doesn't fit my DF's head but... he likes that one better!

I agree! I think it'd look much better without that tiny hat on top. Otherwise, it would like a fat headless mouse sitting on his head. Surpised they don't have the mouse tail coming out between the tux tails in the back! Guess it's back to the traditional to me! I wish they'd just do like the one's people make on this board, with simply Groom put on the traditional ears!

I mean I really didn't like them, look ok on a rack, but imagine it on someone's head

Just my opinion though, I still really like the original ones - headband & hat or Lurkyloo baseball caps that she made.

I saw some guys wearing the groom ones when we were in WDW the week before last, but I for some reason thought they were the make your own kind. They were ugly! BUT - I LOVE the new bride ears. Makes me sad now that my wedding is over and all I got were the dumb headband ears
