... As I have a once in a lifetime (well, my lifetime likely) activity on the books for this trip, coupled with no new gear in like 5-6 years, I splurged and jumped up to full-frame... now... if I could only afford some of those newfangled 1.4 G primes...
(I'd trade my D80 and all my Dx Glass for a 24mm/1.4, but nobody would give me the $ to make it worth ditching the Dx body/glass)
This sucker is going to take some getting used to. They move things around and I keep hitting stuff due to muscle memory. Going to have to practice with the video option too. I will say that full frame sensor, and the ultra-high, relatively noise free ISO is AWESOME. This body with 1.4 glass wide open is astounding, and stopped down slightly is ULTRA sharp...
