I'm the swapper who has part of your dates. We're also getting it a couple days after arrival and won't have it for our entire trip. If you want it on 4/9, we can turn it over to you then so you'll have it for part of your trip. I wasn't able to find any other swaps that would be available for our full trip.

I don't do backups because it would take a whole extra calendar to keep track of everything.

Thank you! That sounds great. I think we can manage with ice for a couple of days. We can pick it up the night before if you like, too, so you don't have to defrost...we'll just be plugging it right back in. LOL Either way, is totally fine with me.
