Obviously, you haven't been reading these boards much in the past month! There are several threads about this. It is a billboard announcing a new billboard which will be bigger and better introducing DVC to all those folks visiting Bonnet Creek.

...Maybe those survey flags mean the new DVC location is going to be right there--right where the sign is. (It looks like it will a little bit on the small side, though. It might pay to have some points there as there might be lots of competition at the 7month window. )
