I requested a room in a certain location in the Dolphin that would require an upgrade. I did this via the SwanDolphin special requests site. My request was acknowledge several days ago, but I haven't heard anything since. I am 5 days away from check-in. Should I re-request the location and ask reservations to apply Starwood points?


Would it be worth it to email the Dolphin? Thanks so much for any help!
I try to remember what it's like to be the person at the other end of the call (and I know what that's like all too well!) and treat them the way I want them to treat me! 
I have tried to convey to them the size and crowds may prevent them from finding me easily but all they know is THEIR GOIN' TO DISNEY!!
We saw them once more on our trip, in the game room at CR.
