NEW Disney Gift Card Deals and More.

I know there is answer within this thread but need a response asap.
Does the gift card.com site offer emailed DGCs and does Costco still sell DGC ?
TIA!

I logged in online and did not have the offer. I logged out and the offer popped up if I downloaded the app. I downloaded the app and saved the offer.

But, when i go to my offers, it does not show up.

Do you remember if the 20% Paylater offer showed up under your offers like the 10% Disney one does?

Ok I figured it out. the offer is for 10% cash back, then you need to go to REWARDS tab (not offer), then you will find the 20% off (REWARDS)

The 10% for the Disney store is under Offers.
The 20% for the Paylater is under Rewards.

It shows under the rewards tab

are you guys placing the order via the paypal app or desktop? do you go to paypal app/website then from the paypal you go to disney store?
I just added the offer and clicked shop now from the webpage, not the app. Reading the exclusions, I think there's a very high chance that gift cards will be excluded, but I have a few Disney trips scheduled and will use it soon anyway.

Edit: something went wrong. The sale seems like it didn't go through. I have a temporary auth in my PayPal, but nothing from the Disney store showing the purchase. I'll have to check it again later.

I also read through the terms of the buy now, pay later 20% deal. The fine print does exclude “stored value cards” which should mean gift card purchases would be excluded from that deal too.

Can’t decide whether to roll the dice on this one. Probably will. Anyone used PayPal offers in the past on DGCs and the Disney Store? I feel like Disney Store is pretty good about making sure DGCs don’t track through other cash back portals, which makes me hesitate on this one.

You get a 15% discount on $100 DGCs.

You can apply $15 of your DiningDollars to purchase a $100 gift card for $85, or apply $7 in DiningDollars to purchase a $50 gift card for $43. It used to be a 20% discount a few years ago. Thanks for reminding me. I have $45 worth of DiningDollars lying around that I should use. I was hoping that they would bump up the percentage again but I'll probably just take the discount. Mama needs to pay her DVC dues and her January meals.

Thanks for clarifying! I'm thinking I might just use the Tripadvisor coupon and get the $30 off instantly. I'm all set with my DVC dues paid for 2026 otherwise I'd probably do the UT deal.

Re: Paypal offer. I'm not as familiar with paypal and their cashback rewards - so how do I actually use the cashback? Do I have to use them with paypal, or can I "cash them out" into a different account?

I currently see a Paypal offer for 10% at the Disney Store. In addition to that, PayPal is offering 20% back if you choose the Paylater Pay in 4 through Dec. 8th or until the promo reaches max cash back for all users. Pay in 4 does not charge any finance fees. You basically set it up to automatically pay the balance in 4 equal payments every two weeks. Not sure if this will all work on gift cards, but I took a chance and bought 2 $500 GCs from the Disney Store. Will report back.

The points from my 11/6 purchase are still pending. Hope it pays out for everyone! The new 10% offer + 20% Paylater is incredible. I'm tempted to buy more, but I don't have another trip planned...

I decided to pull the trigger on the full $1250 (max under the buy now, pay later 20% deal). The Doctor of Credit e-mail went out highlighting the buy now, pay later deal and there is a limit on the rewards available using that deal, so I'm worried if I wait too long, it will be gone. Fingers crossed. (Side note: Used my AmEx Blue Cash Everyday for 3% back on online shopping category to pay the buy now, pay later)

I purchased $500 to try the PayPal offer. I see both the 10% and 20% as pending on PayPal, so crossing fingers that it’ll track!

I also purchased $500 and also see both as pending. If my math is correct, this will be 28% off of a gift card (10% off of $500, then 20% off of $450), so $140 savings for a $500 card. or maybe it will even actually track for a full 30% off, which would actually add another $10 to the savings.

I hope the pending actually tracks!

For those who did the Paypal offer, did you purchase physical or eGift cards?

From the paypal terms:

4. Redeeming Points

Provided your PayPal account is in good standing, you can redeem Points as described below. Available redemption methods (and, where applicable, the number of Points required for each redemption method) will be as set forth on the PayPal Service or Honey Service, as applicable. There may be a minimum redemption threshold that will be disclosed to you at the time of redemption. Redemption types and values may vary, may be subject to availability or limitations, and may be subject to additional redemption-specific terms. PayPal reserves the right to change the number of Points required, Point redemption-rate, or availability of any redemption option. All redemptions are final. Unless otherwise expressly indicated below, the current Point redemption rate is one cent per Point redeemed (e.g., 100 Points can be redeemed for $1 cash back).

Benefits you receive through the redemption of Points may qualify as reportable by PayPal and taxable income to you under applicable law. You may be asked to provide certain identifying information (for example, your Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number) for tax purposes. You are solely responsible for any tax liability incurred in connection with your participation in the Rewards Program.

  1. Redemption for Cash Back
  2. Points may be redeemed for cash back. This redemption option requires you to have a valid personal PayPal account that is active and in good standing and has your bank account or debit card linked to it. Redemption of Points for cash back can only be used for eligible purchases in USD.

  3. After you have elected to redeem Points for cash back, it can take up to 24 hours for the funds to be sent to your PayPal account. After that, to cash out your funds, you can transfer them to the linked debit card or bank account. Or, if you have a PayPal Balance account, you can hold it as balance for future use. This redemption option is subject to additional terms, as specified in the PayPal Balance Terms and Conditions.

  4. If you redeem your Points for cash back and your PayPal account has a negative balance, the cash received into your account from the Points redemption will be used to offset the negative balance.
