new computer

Here is the report on the new computer and VMK.


First it is really cool looking: silver and black with blue light shining out of it.
The Keyboard is black, the mouse is black and clear with blue light shinning from the clear part.

The mouse is too bigger for my hand so we have to get a different one. The hubby, is going to use the old computer for transfer our 300+ LPs and 45s to DVD so he needs that mouse.

For the most part I didn't notice any difference in the VMK.

In the Haunted Mansion game, other players had come out of the door and started playing the game before I could even see/get in the room.


When I got on a river ride and entered a new room, my charcter was half through the room before the room actually opened for me to see it.

In the fireworks game, I managed to get about 120,000, which is better then before.

We still have software to load on the computer, but I can only sit here for short periods, and Paul is better with hardware then software.

argg, you are asking me hardware questions: I suck at hardware questions.

Asking the hubby and he says:
PC windows XP home;
Intel 3.2 Gig CPU;
1 gig of ddr 400 memory;
DVD Burner;
250Gig Hard Drive.

I managed to get to 152,000 in fireworks today - hurray.
