New Code Working for Spring/Summer/Fall!!!

I just finished changing our existing resort package ressie with this code....make note YW3...I originally had Free Dining and upgraded to Dxdp...I made this ressie several months back...I called this morning just to see if the code would work and it did....so we saved another $200!! Doesn't sound like much, but every penny helps! I was really hoping for the 40% off room discount like we received last year, but oh well...better than nothing. The following info is from another Diser...found it yesterday....

I called and modified our June POFQ reservation and saved another $86 over the AAA reservation! I had to be a little persistent in a nice way and let her know it really existed and she offered to try it and of course it worked!

I'm so glad I don't need to call Monday morning now!

I believe this is for room-only bookings.

I just called for our room-only reservation in May. Saved over $220 for a 2-night stay at Wilderness Lodge.

We have the entire package...room, tickets dining. You can do either room or package. They will book a room, then add park tickets.

WOW! Huge savings for you!!! Congrats! I really can't imagine ever paying rack rate again...we use to do that...pay rack rate every time!!!...then I discovered the DisBoards.

I just called and had it applied to my reservation. I saved about $300. Every bit helps! My reservation was a package, not a room only. The CM told me to keep watching because something else will probably be offered. She mentioned the kids play and dine free promotion that is currently being offered to Disney Rewards Visa holders. I was told it may be offered to the public in a few days.

We're still on hold. He's cranky that I made him call back! I told him it's a matter of getting the "right" CM that'll go ahead and push the code through, but he doesn't believe me!

LOL! Can he call for me too? I have already called this morning for pricing but I just booked a room only online so I need to call back and try to get the code. Let me know how it works out and what you had to say to get it to work.

The second CM said it cannot be applied until Monday at this point, and that it was an error in the system earlier today. He said originally they were going to offer the deal Dec. 29th, but that they changed the start date to Jan. 3rd and that earlier today the codes were going through, but they just received official confirmation that they system has been changed to not allow the codes to work until Monday. Who knows, maybe others will still have luck getting the codes to go through!

Remember that packages are WDTC. Room Only is not. If there is a booking difference, that may be it. Not necessarily a case of a CM pushing anything.

You're kidding?! What in the world? Glad I called at 7am. I would definitely be on the phone Monday morning at 7am...good luck. I'll be anxious to see what happens.

We're booked as a package, but it shouldn't be a problem to have the code applied. We've done it in the past, and it's just a matter of the CM modifying the current reservation.
