You can call Disney Merch for the cd as well. Just call 1-407-363-6200 and you should be able to purchase one. Some people have been saying that they are selling them outside of the parties now...

They are available on non-party days too!!! The are park exclusives though. They are indeed only $24.95. I am sure you can call the disney shopping number to order one! They had them on a rack at the Emporium and also stacked by the registers. They didn't appear to be flying off the shelves.
