Are most of the disney transport buses being upgraded to the brand new paint job? And are the bendy buses going to be put into service?

Yes, and yes.

All new buses will have the new look. Some will be added to the fleet in the next couple of months. Existing buses will be changed over slowly, so there will be a very long time of the two color schemes coexisting.

The "bendy" buses are called articulated, or artics for short. They are on order, and the last I heard was that they might start arriving around August.

I hope that they have the bendy buses in place when we go in Jan 2014....we have them in our city and they are awesome compared to the regular buses
