Hi I have the new brochure and it it appears that guest staying at the HNY no longer get the hotel fastpass from November

Well that does seem a little silly. Afterall, it is still fairly expensive to stay here compared to the other hotels.

Your right. Only the Disney Hotel guests receive hotel fast passes.
For HNY only the guests of the suites get vip passes.

The Hotel fast pass now have restrictions on them that I don't think they are worth much now, you can only use them on certain dates and times.
