New automated waitlist filling- are you still checking the website?

I had 2 waitlists for my 1st and last nights. Checked today and they were available in the Resort tool, but still on my waitlist. I called member services and they said both waitlists came through but was not updated on the site yet. They then combined both waitlists with my original reservation. I logged back in and everything was fine.
