New additons to MK?

Last year in August while I was visiting MK, there was a lot of construction going on. I could have sworn I saw something about a new Beauty and the Beast themed restaurant. Maybe I'm just not remember right, but does anyone know what I'm talking about? Or any information on the new additions to MK?

This is news to us all. We've never heard a whisper of any construction, walls up in the park, new rides including Little Mermaid's Adventure, Beast's castle, a second flying dumbo and a new TS restaurant. We don't know anything about it opening in phases, most likely 2013. Nope, no idea...

The restaurant you speak of will be a new addition when the new Fantasyland opens.
No one knows anything about it really. Nothing has been released as to if it will be a character meal...etc.

It is exciting though!!

To answer your question ( without the heavy sarcasm... )

Toontown was closed to make way for an extended Fantasyland. There will be some new rides and a few new restaurants.

There are some sketches on what will be involved in the area with Beast's Castle being a highlight. There will be character dining as well as quick service dining in the same castle.
