I would really appreciate any info.

Check out my website at www.castawayclub.com for lots of info. on fun and activities for adults. I'm sure the kids would have a blast, and after 31 Disney crusies with my hubby (we don't have little ones), I can assure you that Disney has LOTS of wonderful offerings for adults. I also have the Navigators (activity lists) so you can see exactly what is offered.

The short answer is YES!

Check out Barb's site - it is great! Also go to your local bookstore and pick up a copy of Passporters Field Guide to the Disney Cruise Line (or visit them at www.passporter.com)

Of course you can also gets lots and lots of info from this board as well.

And what neither of you two have said is there are totally separate programming tracks for the kids, where you check them in, and get a beeper if the kids want to leave the activity early. I don't know exactly how it works, but it seems reaonably straightforward.

Hi, my family and I went on the 3 day Disney Wonder cruise in February. My daughter is 9. I brought her to the Oceaneer's Lab the first night. We filled out the paperwork and she was given a bracelet to wear for the duration of the cruise. We were given a pager for the duration of the cruise. The counselors were very helpful. Sarah really enjoyed her "club" as she called it. On Nassau day, she didn't want to come with us but opted to stay on the boat with her "club". I had the pager with me just in case she needed me. My son, who is 11, tried the club the first night but was not as interested as my daughter. A little word of advice: make sure you keep the children's navigator with you so you know where your child is. They go all over the boat. This way, if you want to pick your kids up for a special event, you'll know where to find them. I couldn't remember where they were going to be at a specific time one night and didn't have the navigator with me and had to search around to find where they were. I can't say enough positive things about the children's programming. I'm sure your kids will really enjoy it.

There is so much to do for all members of the family - both together and apart. My son will be 8 at the end of the month and he would rather be on the ship than at the amusement parks.
I cruise with him and either my DH (52) or my Mom (74) - everyone has a great time since there are so many activities that you can choose from OR you can just kick back and relax!

After our first cruise we had such a fantastic time having so much couple time we have since gone on 4 more, all in about 1.5 years. We simply can't get enough - our kids (ds9 and dd5) have a blast in their clubs and when they occupied we have lots of time together as a couple! It's like we get a vacation too (what a novel idea)!!! We have to be one of the best customers of the Oceaneer's Club and Lab - they are open everyday from 9am-midnight or 1am. The counselors are super!
