Nesco Slow Cook/Roaster... Anyone?

A friend of mine ordered one and when I saw it, I had to order me one, too! So I have seen the recipes that came with it and also the ones at nesco.com Anybody have anymore? I haven't even gotten mine yet but I am so looking forward to using it!

I did burn it off but that is all that I have done........we haven't had time to use it as yet..but plan on this weekend.........my sister uses hers all the time...for anything and everything.even zucchini bread and banana breads........she does her chickens in it and pork loin and her american chop suey .baked beans.you name it and she cooks it...I am going to do chicken breasts with bone in......and stuffing in them too......dont' forget to burn off for one hour and do it in a well ventilated area......I did mine on the back porch

I have the big one and absolutely LOVE IT! I use it most for large meat dishes when I want the oven free for other things or when I don't want to heat the kitchen up with the oven.

Does your's have the fan? My favorite thing about this is the increased speed. Great for times like Thanksgiving. Makes the BEST turkeys.
