During a busy Saturday this past October, I rode them during the fireworks with about a 15-20 minute wait. ( & watched the fireworks while waiting in line :goodvibes )

Last month the wait time was about 20 mins all day during the week (it was also off-season).

And this past August on a Friday/Saturday wait times were from 20-45 mins all day. (we rode mid-day with about a 30 min or less wait).

So they aren't too bad from my experience, but still not super short lines either. I remember the year Nemo opened when wait times were 3 hrs or more! :scared1: So compared to that wait times are definitely better. :thumbsup2

thanks - gives me a bit of hope then!

Best thing to do is to get right to it as Disneyland opens. Its best just to walk there as quickly as you can and not take the train. Last time we went, we rushed right to it as the park opened and we waited less then 5 minutes. It also helped that we always go in September a week after school starts.

On a Friday this past July, we were walking from FL to TL about an hour after park opening, and there was only a 5 minute wait for Nemo Subs. We took that opportunity to ride it for the first time, as we'd never been willing to wait in a long line for it.

Seems like you have a good chance of catching a small-ish line for it when you visit! :goodvibes

I may be the minority here but I don't think I'd ride the subs again even if it was a walk on. :confused3 I just don't care for the ride...maybe it's the animation of it. Also being closed up with the guy that couldn't stop coughing next to me and actually took his sleeve to wipe off the window...I thought to myself, never again.

If you're in the minority, then I'm in it with you, LOL! I actually really hated that ride and would likely never waste time on it ever again. Personally, I think it's disappointing that they put so much time and money into restoring that attraction when they could have actually put something fun in that space.

But, a lot of people seem to like it!

Same here, its the same ride from years on. I went on the submarine ride was I was a kid and its pretty much the same ride with the small addition of Nemo. The only reason I get on now is for my daughter who loves Nemo.

We found that the shortest lines were at night right before park close. Maybe a 5 minute wait? At time swalk on.
