Negatives to sharing memory maker?

My mother in law is traveling to Disney world around the same time as us. We overlap a few days. We are not traveling or plan to be with them much at all. Is there any negatives to us jointing her memory maker account? Such as loading pics taking longer and having to go thru all of her pics also? Maybe I'm just a control freak I don't know. Just curious what people have thought of they did it.

WE went to WDW with our DS and DDIL and grandkids in November last year. They arrived a week or so before we did. I purchased MM before leaving home. When we went back we had all their pics as well as ours in my MM online, even from when we were not there yet. We have our MDE linked as friends/family, so I guess that is why the pics were automatically posted.

So to share memory maker, you need to all be linked in MDE as Family & Friends, and set to share photos. Then the photos of all the friends will automatically show up in each others account, but only those that are direct friends. So if you and your MIL are friends, you will see each others pictures. But if your kids are only friends with you, their pictures will show up in your account, but not your MIL's account. So the moral of the story, make sure that everyone is friends with everyone, otherwise someone will end us missing pictures.

All the pictures will load simply by being friends (if you have photo sharing on), and irregardless if you are sharing MM or not. The catch is, edits will not be shared. So if you are the one buying Memory Maker, you will either need to do all the edits for your MIL, or let your MIL use your account to do her own edits. Only the account that actually has the Memory Maker entitlement associated with it can do the editing/download.
