Ok, blondie me didn't even realize that when I scheduled this trip that we would be going over labor day weekend....fuh.
So, we will be arriving on sat aug 30 and leaving the following friday.

I need a bit of help in planning the park schedule.
So far I have
Saturday ???
Sunday at MK (because of the extra magic hour)
Monday at AK (extra magic hour) then going to either
BB or TL water park in the afternoon

Tuesday at MGM and Downtown Disney
Wednesday at Epcot
Thursday at MK again or whereever else (another water park?)
Friday checkin out

I have a couple of questions:
since labor day is MONDAY would it be wise to go to the water park on that day?? or save it for another day (actually the kids want to go to BOTH parks on different days but I don't know if we can squeeze that in)
Will it be just too crowded on labor day to do the water park??

Also, do you have any suggestions for Saturday (I know it will be very crowded that day) We will be getting there by NOON and have the whole day to play. The kids will be pumped, but I just don't know where to go on that day (what will be least crowded to you think??)

If you have any insight or suggestions I would so much greatly appreciate it. :)

Well Saturday might be your only chance for Spectromagic so even though MK will be crowded in evening if you want to see Spectro you might want to brave crowds! I have read weekends in the fall are best days for Epcot. If you want to ride Mission Space Wed emh would be a good bet there!

Also if you do get to MK for EMH on Sunday you probably want to plan to hop to another park when it gets crowded!

I have also read that EMH doesn't pay off at AK - look for prior threads here on subject

Good luck!

Planning two days at MK is a great idea - it gives time to spread things out. Since it appears you are a morning person, take advantage of the EE/EMH every day if you can - at AK, go right to the Safaris ride if you are there at opening

Squeezing in both TL and BB will be difficult unless you give up that 2nd MK day

For your Saturday arrival, consider going to MK even though it tends to be a busier day - there are rides that should not have too long of lineups:

Haunted Mansion
Its a Small World
Snow White
Buzz Lightyear

others.....

Take advantage of Fastpass as well - at noon they should still be available for later in the day - consider getting an FP for Splash and line up stand by for BTMRR

Thanks
