Need Your Opinions

We have made our reservations and will be there from March 26 - April 1, just me and the wife (DW). This is our plan for ADP:
1. California Grille: This is our premium dinner and is our tradition it will be our only premium dinner.
2. Mama Melrose: Nice meal, but nothing special, and we go here to get the tickets from Fantasmic and avoid having to wait 2 hours in line.

3. Now this is where we need all of you. We have 2 dinners left and we would like to them in Epcot, here are our choices so please let me know what you all think:
Chefs De France: We ate there in 2008 and liked it but maybe its time to try a couple of new places.
Le Cellier: We hear good things and we probably can't get reservations, at this late date, but is it good?
Akershus: Don't hear a lot about this place in Norway. Sounds nice in the overviews. A bit concerned about too many kids to have a really enjoyable adult dinner.
Tutto Italia: Never been here is it worth spending a dinner on it?
Coral Reef: Never been here same as Tutto Italia.

Just a note, I am a very basic food person so my choices are quite limited to make sure there is something I will like.

Our picks would be Tutto Italia and Coral Reef. We love them both! We always have a wonderful dining experience at Coral Reef and although we've only been to Tutto once, it was fabulous!

We also really enjoyed LeCellier but it will be 2 credits for dinner starting on March 1st. We've never eaten at Chefs and we were not a fan of Askerhus breakfast. The food was decent but nothing special and the place was packed with kids.
