Hi
Next trip we will only be at each park once - we've got a DCL cruise booked and are taking advantage of the DVC discounted ticket offer !

With the tickets there is no park hopping .

What table service meal would you choose for each park ? We won't be on a dining plan so that is not important !

Think Epcot will be the hardest to decide??

We will probably be eating round 4.30ish ( dh doesn't like Italian )

Looking to relax admid the chaos - so not necessarily peaceful but nice ambience and good food!

Can you help? What would you do?

The only thing I think I've decided is yak & yeti for animal kingdom .

:scratchin

Epcot would be Teppan Edo
DHS - Brown Derby
MK - would leave the park and get the boat to GF and eat at GFC (Not a fan of any of the TS in MK for dinner - lunch we eat at LTT or Plaza)

MK- Be Our Guest
AK - Yak & Yeti
DHS - 50s primetime (although Brown Derby is probably more relaxing)
Epcot - too tough to choose !

I know what you mean about the MK .

I've enjoyed the crystal palace & Cinderella royal table but the thing I really enjoyed was eating a huge turkey leg lol - can't remember where I got it though?

MK - Crystal Palace
AK - Yak and Yeti
DHS - Mama Melroses
Epcot - Teppan Edo or Akershsus

MK - tricky, I like Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch, for dinner I'd probably leave the park and try somewhere on the monorail like Citrecos, The Wave or O'hanas.
DHS - Hollywood Brown Derby.
EP - Tokyo Dining or Le Cellier

MK - Hmm, I'd eat at the Plaza as it's usually overlooked and a bit of a hidden treasure.

Epcot - I'd say Tutto Italta but as you said DH doesn't like italian food lets go with Chefs Du France.

DHS - Brown Derby

AK - Hmm, big lack of choice here, Tusker House.

But personally I think the best TS places are in the resorts rather than the parks. If resorts were in the options i'd go to Sanaa on my AK day and maybe for fun Beaches and Cream on the DHS day. Epcot has great TS places so no change there and for MK (assuming you didn't want to dress up for dinner) I'd go GFC, Narcoosee's, or Citricos maybe.

I'd definitely look at places outside the parks, you'll get much more variety. :)

MK -Crystal Palace for lunch
HS - Sci Fi
Epcot - Via Napoli - they have some very fine sights..The food is good to :goodvibes
AK - we actually went to Pizzafari here. We did Tusker house for breakfast but it wasn't the greatest although they did go out of their way to make sure we saw all the characters!

AK never done table service and for sentimental reasons we always do pizzafari.mflametree BBQ looks tasty. I d actually leave and go to akl
Epcot really depends on your food tastes but love Teppan Edo for show. Le cellier is good food but not keen on atmosphere
Mk I love Liberty Tree for dinner feast. Must do for us every trip. The whole family style thanksgiving dinner is very tasty
Hs mama Melrose was ok but I d probably try and hit the boardwalk or a restaurant I. The swan and dolphin of beach club

EPCOT - Chefs De France
AK - Yak and Yeti
MK - BOG (or nip over to the CG!)
DHS - Brown Derby

HS - Sci Fi Diner as I think they do the best burgers on property
AK - Tusker House which is an old favourite of ours
MK - Columbia Harbor House for a quick lunch
Epcot - Tokyo Dining, an overlooked gem

MK - Crystal Palace (or The Wave if you fancy a wee break from the park)
Epcot - Hacienda de San Angel (and nearly as good as Rose and Crown for fireworks if you time it well).
DHS - Prime Time Cafe
AK - Rainforest Cafe (not eaten there for years but enjoyed it 10 years ago)

Mrs TT

Not done these for a while but:

MK: Crystal Palace (best character dining in WDW IMO)
Epcot: In all my trips, I've only been to Epcot twice (it's really not for me), the best thing I've had there were from the margarita stall :rotfl: Ooh, and Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie in France - yummy yummy cakes.
DHS: Controversial, but I quite enjoyed Mama Melrose - but, overall, I've always felt that the food in DHS as a whole was mediocre at best.
AK: Like petals, another vote for Pizzafari! Really decent food for the price.

Personally I think that the hotels/DTD offer much more pleasant dining experiences than the parks - but would make an exception for CP.

We've just got back from DCL, believe me you don't need to eat anything the 4 days before:rotfl2:

Or, my choices would be;
AK definitely Yak & Yeti
Epcot, Teppan Edo our current favourite
MK if must be in park Crystal Palace, or take a ride on the monorail to go to Ohana at the Poly.
DHS, Sci Fi if you like a decent burger, it was our 1st meal choice after we got off DCL. We also like Prime Time Cafe if you prefer a 'meal'.

Landed back this morning, I still have not plucked up courage to get on the scales. Can't believe we saw a family in MK who were on the cruise and another family on our VA flight back to Manchester today.

AK - Yak & Yeti
MK - Liberty Tree Tavern
DHS - Only one we have eaten at is Mama Melrose, 3 times there but only to get Fantasmic package, certainly not for the food.
Epcot - Too many to choose, Teppan Edo was great first time, so was Tutto Italia but 2nd visits not as good. Best experience was probably Rose & Crown, good food, excellent server & firework viewing.

these are our choices...very specific to us....lots of people would not choose these, but you asked what our choices would be so:

MK: Be Our Guest (for dinner table service, not lunch counter service)
AK: Yak & Yeti
DHS: Sci Fi (i can hear the readers gagging from here - but we really like it. Second choice would be 50's prime time - mainly for the milkshakes)
Epcot: Rose & Crown or Teppan Edo

We would do Tusker house in AK, BOG in MK, Via Napoli in Epcot but we wouldn't eat in HS we would go to BC and do beaches and .cream. We really don't like the hs restaurants .
