Could you tell me where I can sleep 6 people in one room? We currently have reservations for 2 rooms at All Star Music. But with the new codes out maybe I can get us in one room for about the same price. Any suggestions? Thanks!

The Villas over by Disney Institute have many room types that can accomodate 6, so can a 2 bedroom at any of the DVC places. An option for that would be to check on the rental board and rent points. We have found that is often better than any Disney discount. Plus, then you have a kitchen!

FW cabin homes sleep six. You have bedroom (with double bed and set of bunks, bath, full kitchen/living area (living area has a pull down murphy bed). They are really nice and you get maid service. I think they are going for $144.00 for November and December with new code. You can find floor plan at www.disneyworld.com.

We use to use them when our kids were younger. We prefer two connecting rooms now because it would take us hours to get ready in the morning with four teenagers if we didn't have two bathrooms!

The villas at Disney Institute mentioned above are currently closed. FW cabin can sleep six although that is a tight fit, but it is about the same size as two rooms at All-Stars, but the cabin gives you only one bathroom (personally for 6, I would be looking for something with 2 bathrooms which you get with two connecting rooms at a hotel). Only other ones for six are 2BR villas at the DVC resorts, VWL, OKW, BWV, or BCV (not usually on any Disney discount code list but can be rented for fairly reasonable price from a DVC member-- see DVC rent/trade board on this site) or various (and costly and usually not discounted) suites at a number of the hotels.

look on the DVC rent/trade section of this board and see if you can buy some points for a 2 or 3 bedroom at okw or other DVC locations. They are IMO the best bang for the buck on property. And If you have never stayed in a DVC room, it has everything you would need for a trip. Just like renting an apartment. A two bedroom could sleep 6-8 easily.

When are you going??? Did you get the code that is out through dec 25? The rates for AS are very low in value season. We are going with 5 in Nov and every way I tried it (with code rates) , I came out cheaper with 2 rooms at AS . We have done it before (4 adults and 1 child) and it was very spacious and nice with two bathrooms. The FW cabins come to mind and what about renting points? I'm not sure about the villas, though. Don't the studios sleep 4? I think you might need at least a one bedroom. I don't even consider renting points , only because our trips are on the weekends.

The DVC studios & 1 bedrooms hold 4 plus 1 child under 2. For 6, you would need a 2 bedroom. I would go with 2 connecting rooms at AS or moderate, that way you get 4 beds and 2 bathrooms.

we had a 2 bedroom at OKW which had 2 bathrooms, full size kitchen, and washer/dryer. it was great! they sleep 8.:p

Our vote for 6 would be fort Wilderness cabins. They offer comfort & extra room. You can prepare meals if you want, each one has a deck & an out side grill also. Inside the kitchen is fully equipped right down to microwave & dishwasher (which housekeeping will load & run for you). There are also 2 TVs & a VCR. There are many activities for the kids & you can take a boat to the MK. Fort Wilderness is just awsome!
