Need title change referral

Can anyone please help me locate an attorney or title company that can remove my ex-husband’s name from the deed? I have contacted DVD and received my ROFR (another topic for discussion) and have all the necessary paperwork.
DVD referred me to a company called First American Title. After leaving a dozen messages for Cami and Amy – I have finally given up. Apparently they are no longer in the business of doing titles for DVD and they do not possess the professionalism to contact a perspective client and notify them.

I paid 8 1/2 years of the 10 year loan on my own as a single mom so I am quite anxious about getting this done now that the loan is paid in full.
Any referrals would be greatly appreciaited.

Thank you for including the name of your closing service. Although I didn't ask the original question, I was looking for someone to help transfer a contract to my DD. We are finally getting to that age...
