I'm sure Dean or Brian will provide some additional information, but if you already own a Blue-Green resort you will need to join RCI (unless you have a membership thru the resort) - which runs about $90 per year (depending on the membership plan you choose) and an exchange will cost about $179. Availability will be based on the trading strength of your resort, the dates of your stay and the type of villa you will need. There is also a $95 exchange fee charged by Disney.
Speaking of costs, we just traded DVC for a week at the Grand Waikikian in Oahu. I already paid the $95 fee so when I get there, what will I have to be pay, hotel tax, transient fee, housekeeping, etc? I just have no idea as to what costs to expect since this is our first ever weekly trade. TIA.

From RCI's website for exchanges into Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Hilton Hawaiian Village: This resort enforces the 1 in 4 year rule for regular weeks exchanges. Guests must pay a state enforced transient accommodations tax in Hawaii. This state tax ranges between $20 and $40 per interval confirmed. There is a $24 per day parking fee. Valet parking is $29 per day. Unit number will be assigned upon arrival.
