Need suggestions for our last ADR

Hey all just looking for a little guidance for our last ADR. First a little bit about us, it is just me and my girlfriend for this trip. I am a more adventerous eater then her, she does not like green veggies and only occasionally eats red meat.
I will try pretty much anything once, that being said here is what we have so far.

Sunday - O' hana
Monday - Artist Pointe
Tuesday - ??? This is the one we need help with
Wednesday - Le Cellier
Thursday - Alfredo's
Friday - Boma
Saturday - Citricos

This will be a dinner reservation, and we do not care where on property it is. Also it needs to be a restaurant on the DDP, one or two credits it doesn't matter. Finally, we do not want to go to Spoodle's due to a poor experience last time.
