We are trying to figure out where to eat as a late lunch/early dinner on our last day at WDW. We will have to be ready to leave around 6:00 pm and want to have a good meal before we hit the road, but most of the restaurants don't open for dinner until 5:00 or 5:30, if I remember right. In the past, we have eaten at Beaches & Cream, but I don't think we will be anywhere close to there on this day. We will probably be at Magic Kingdom and we are staying at AKL. Is there a listing of the opening and closing times for meals anywhere? How about Cinderella's Royal Table or Kona Cafe? Has anyone eaten here for lunch?

I'd suggest LTT for a late lunch at the Magic Kingdom. It's one of our favorites and has a nice atmosphere.

How about San Angel Inn at Epcot? And since Mexico is the first land on your left hand side you don't have to worry about rushing around; on top of that, the Mexican food is excellent. DH and I go there at least once for lunch and once for dinner during each trip. I also also agree that the Liberty Tree Tavern may also work if you are at MK or even Tony's Town Square restaurant at MK would also be a great choice. Let us know what you decide!!

Hi Anne! This is a question that comes up quite often, and although I've searched many times, I've never found a list of the times each restaurant serves lunch and dinner. I would guess that this is because it varies from restaurant to restaurant and probably changes quite often.

I would recommend that you list all the restaurants where you're interested in eating and that will be convenient to where you expect to be that day, then call WDW Dining to ask what would be the latest lunch/earliest dinner times starting with your first choice and moving down the list until you find one that is serving when you wish to eat.

As far as Kona Cafe goes, we had lunch there on our last WDW day, and it was our favorite meal of the trip! We had an early lunch though, so I don't know how late they'd be serving.

If you expect to be in MK, LTT and Cindy's would both be nice choices if their hours coincide with your schedule.

Happy planning!

What time are you hopng to eat? I know Kona starts dinner service at 5:00 and you could certainly be finished in an hour. What a wonderful way to cap off a WDW trip!

In the MK we love LTT and CRT for lunch but I do think both stop service for a while before dinner begins. The Plaza restaurant is very good too and I think it is open all afternoon without a break. There is only one menu there....sandwiches and salads all day long.

But if it were me, I think a relaxing and extremely good meal at Kona would be a pleasant way to end a trip.::yes::

I was just going to suggest the Plaza Restaurant. They have great sandwiches and their potato salad is devine!

Okay - I have my trusty Passporter out! It lists lunch and dinner times, but as someone else mentioned, times may change. Here's a few:

Kona Cafe - lunch noon-2:45, dinner 5-10

Crystal Palace - lunch 11:30-2:45, dinner 4-closing

LTT - lunch noon-3, dinner 4-closing

Tony's Town Square - lunch noon-3, dinner 4-closing.

Trail's End Restaurant - lunch noon-3, dinner 4:30-9:30

Hope this helps!

I would definitely pick either LTT or Crystal Palace at 4 pm - LTT is traditionally our last dinner at the parks. HTH! :)

WE really enjoy Bongos in Down town Disney for a late lunch/early dinner!! Very yummy!!!!!:sunny:
