Need some ticket price info and neither MS Nor Disney Could Answer

Remind me not to be "steamed" over my just-concluded totally frustrating series of phone calls w/MS and w/Disney! It's not worth getting upset about...

(and I did take their "satisfaction survey" at the end and told the computer how bad the phone calls were)...

Anyway...MS said flat-out they can't answer my question. They gave me the number to call Disney ticketing, three separate CMs said they didn't know the answer to my question and transferred me (the last two to the same phone line, altho I got a different CM when the transferred call went through)...after the third transfer I got the "we're closed; call back some other time" message. Sigh.

So, what I need to know is:

Can we add one add'l park day to a non-expry park hopper ticket, and if we can, is the price for the add'l day a one-day ticket price ($75 or so) or the difference between 3 days (the number of days currently left on the tickets) and 4 days (the 4th day is the day we'd add), which would be (as far as I can tell from the website) around $10?

Does anyone know?

I know if we can do this we have to do it at a Guest Relations at one of the parks...but we're not going to want to spend the time messing with it if the add'l days are $75 each...but for $10 each we may very well want to add a day.

No, you cannot do this. Any upgrade to any ticket (regardless of whether or not the days expire) must be done within 14 days of initial use. If your ticket was unused, you could upgrade it to a ticket with one more day.

(of course, I'm assuming it's been more than 14 days since you first use the pass)
