We have been to Disneyworld twice, both times on the dining plan. I want to try some new restaurants this time around (FREE DINING!). Tell me your favorites that we have not been to. Here's where we dined in the past:

May -
OHanas (dinner)
Cinderella's Royal Table (lunch)
Crystal Palace (dinner)
Mama Melrose (dinner)
Hoop Dee Doo Revue (dinner)
Coral Reef (dinner)

Sept -
Princess Storybook breakfast at Norway (breakfast)
Le Cellier (dinner)
Kona (dinner)
Narcossee's (dinner)
Chef Mickeys (breakfast)

What fabulous dining experiences are we missing out on?

TIA!

My family loves California Grill. We cannot say enough good things about it. Especially if you can get a seating so you can view the fireworks. We highly recommend it. It is our daughter's (age 12) favorite place.

My favorites are:

California Grill ~ the food matches the view, excellent wine list

Flying Fish ~ metropolitan decor, open kitchen, wonderful fish & champagne flights

Chefs de France ~ memorable food and classic dining, the restaurant itself is beautiful, service wonderful and souffles to die for....

Jinko's ~ our new favorite, excellent food, superior wines, largest African wine collection outside of Africa, terrific service

Did free dining last 2 years and this year back again on the bounce back (POP last week in Sept.)
We liked the Rose and Crown, made ADR's for 7:30, when checking in requested outside lower balcony and were lucky enough to get it. This was the best place we have ever watched Illuminations. Also liked Cap't Jacks and San Angle even though maybe not such great reviews from some but we are not too pickey. If going on the DDP would always do LeCellier and Coral Reef again.
Also loved the HDDR and would do again , did the Luau and not bad you have the bottomless pitcher of beer to get thru the boring parts. We have to try Tepan Edo previous place went to once and liked.

Actually, we had an ADR for California Grill last Sept, but chose Narcossee's instead b/c we wanted the whole Main lobster. Maybe we will try California Grill this time around. Thanks!

I've heard good things about Jiko. Chefs de France sounds good too. Flying Fish? Is that on the dining plan? Thanks for the suggestions!

We are going to be at POP last week in Sept too! I'd love to get Rose and Crown and be able to watch Illuminations. Great idea! I'm definitely going to try and get Le Cellier again. Sooooo good, especially for 1 table service credit!

Boma, we loved dinner and Breakfast seems to get raves as well.

I do want to try Boma. We had an ADR there last year but cancelled b/c I thought it would be a pain to get over there. Maybe this year we will try it out. I'm kind of picky, but I'm sure DH would love it.

Thanks everyone! Keep them coming!

Boma is easy to get to. Either go at the end of your AK day or grab a bus there from another park, you won't regret it. Your little girl will likely enjoy the Lodge and savannah views too.
