We are taking him down to Westchester Medical Center on Monday for a consultation with the Chief of Oncology. We will find out if he is a candidate for the stem cell transplant
or if he can just stay on the course of meds that he is on. If he is a candidate for the transplant, it will require a really agressive dose of chemo. He'll be sick, lose his hair, have to be hospitalized down there and won't be able to go out for quite a while. Mom and I don't want to put him through any of that if it isn't going to help him. He is doing really well now and I just ask that you continue to keep him in your prayers. Thank you.
