Sorry to hear you had to cut your back to back short. Seeing your mom in the wheelchair threw me for a loop and I wondered how she'd get through another cruise.

It was nice to finally get to meet you and I hope someday we'll get to cruise together again. In the meantime, lots of pixie dust coming your way!

I hope your Mom feels better soon, I saw her wince in pain a few times. I can only imagine how she feels. I am sorry you had to cut your back to backs short. Hopefully now that you are home she is getting stronger meds that have eased some of that pain.
It was very nice meeting you both and thank your Mom for bringing her collection of pins, I have never seen so many in one place.

Wendy, Fred and I hope you feel better real soon. I am so sorry to hear that you were injured and your cruises ruined. We are praying for a speedy recovery for you. You are such a sweet person, I am so sorry your trip was ruined and you are in pain. Time to plan again for next year.

....for all the pixie dust that has been sent my way. I share it with my DD,Katdb who has been looking after me. I don't know how I would have managed without her, I am so proud of her and how she was able to get me home and all her care since. I have been truly blessed with her and her positive attitude towards life!
This is being typed one handed and its not fun trying to find letters that only your fingers know..
Mom, Kaighley and I were so disappointed when I finally had to admit defeat an leave the ship half way between our two cruises.
I have been seen by the orthopedic surgeon and will be re- x-rayed next week and then they will make the decision re surgery or this new brace for several months.

I am very pleased on how well I was treated by the staff on the ship, medical, guest services, housekeeping, dining room staff etc.
I am hoping that maybe next spring we can do our eastern portion if I can convince Mom and Kaighley to let me come! ( I think Mom said something about me being grounded, boy she wasn't kidding )
DD is really enjoying herself now that she has the upper hand(s)
and as I am not even allowed to drive for a least two months, she is not even putting the seat back to my position

Well this has taken me quite awhile to type, so I will close now,

Tons of pixie dust for your mom!!! Our buddy Steve broke his leg on the way home from our 1st Disney Wonder Cruise in Feb. 2003, he fell out of his wheelchair & we spent the night in DC (that big hospital was scary, just like ER so I know what you mean about the Mexican one...!)
