The corn chowder (are you sensing a theme here?) at Tusker House is great! I enjoy the wrap but wish you could buy the chowder without the sandwich sometimes.
Seafood Chowder at Kona is heavenly if you like seafood.

Cosmic Ray's in the MK has a couple of different kinds, and Tusker House in AK has a corn chowder that comes with the turkey wrap. The Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station in the MK has noodle bowls that are essentially soup - noodles in broth.
