Need some cooking ideas...

I got the chicken seasoned with a dry fajita mix. I will marinate it over night and then put it in the CP tomorrow... NOW what shall I make with the chicken? J loves it by it's self... D and I will eat anything. I could do fajita's but do you have any other ideas?

Oh and thanks for telling me about marinating meat... man it makes a world of difference!! Marinating the meat makes it sooo good. Who knew!?

I was thinking that since J loves it w/o cooked veggies.... and we found a rice pilaf that is amazing...
