Need reply ASAP re: Disney buses!

DH is at WDW with 75 teens and 10 adults right now, while I'm at home playing the part of resident "troubleshooter/problem-solver" for his trip. TOMORROW, July 31, he's taking the whole group to MGM in the A.M., then half the group wants to go to DD, (last-minute change of plans) while the other half goes back to AS for a rest and swim. The ones at DD will then come back to the resort to drop off their stuff and the whole group will then go to Epcot, hopefully by 5 PM, for the rest of the evening. Now for the QUESTIONS: Am I right that there are no buses that go directly from MGM to DD? If so, would it be quickest for them to catch a bus from MGM to SSR and then to DD, or is there a quicker bus connection from a different resort to DD? Also, if they want to be back to AS Sports by 4, when should they catch a bus out of DD? Do I have you totally confused?? lol

Sure hoping that someone out there can give me some quick last-minute answers! TIA

Last I heard, there are no buses that travel between DD and MGM, AK, Epcot or MK. Ya have to change buses at a resort but I do not know which, if any, would be quicker.

They could walk or take the boat from MGM to BW or the Swan and catch a bus from either one of those resorts.

i would take the first resort bus that comes along and then from there switch to a DTD bus...

Thanks for the quick replies! I sure appreciate all the help I can get! Right now I'm looking into having them catch a bus from MGM to SSR, and then possibly walking to DD from there. From what I've read, there are 3 bus stops at SSR. Does anyone know which stop would be the shortest distance to DD? TIA!

Just thought I'd share what the group finally decided to do. DH had them catch a bus from MGM to SSR. Then they got off at the Congress Park bus stop, (the 2nd stop at SSR), and walked to DTD from there. 3 adults and 18 teens did the walk in 5 minutes. DH said that it worked out great. Anyway, hope this info can be of help to someone else out there.
