Cape May Buffet (Beach Club)

Kids or adults only? Anything goes budget :) or need to stick to moderate-ish? What kind of food do you like / dislike?

This is hard..

1. Mk - I don't really like any of the restaurants here - but I would choose to eat at Cosmic Ray's if I had to eat in the park. And CP for breakfast is okay.

2. EPCOT - Marrakesh & Chefs de France

3. MGM - Brown Derby for cobb salads & Sci-Fi for milkshakes only

4. Animal Kingdom - Jiko & Tusker House in the park

5. Resorts - California Grill & 'Ohana

I generally think the resorts are way better than the parks - more reasonably priced for what you get and a better atmosphere.

I wasn't sure where to put Wolfgang Puck's but that is another favorite.

MK: Cinderella's Royal Table (just need to experience the castle ambience- lunch is fine to do this)
Liberty Tree Tavern- just love the character interaction and the theme of 18th century taverns.

Epcot: Everyone says Le Cellier- trying it this September so I'll prerecommend this one. And Rose & Crown- love their fish and chips- and the accents- visited England before so it brings back fun memories.

AK: Lots like Rainforest Cafe- so I'll have to say that one (haven't been) and Donald Breakfastsaurus- like getting in early to the parks to hit that Safari ride- and ds is an archaeologist fanatic so that's right up his alley.

MGM: Have to go with Sci-Fi- cool theme, and Brown Derby- very delightful food.

Resorts: Haven't been but would say 'Ohanas and Whispering Canyon for the pure fun of it for the children- now if you don't have children and are looking for higher end dining- I would suggest Yachtsmen's and Flying Fish.

We are using the "magical wishes" things from the silver plan for lunches and dinners.. so prices really doesn't matter.

Just 2 adults... this is for our honeymoon.

mhall2000... you listed EXACTLY what I have been thinking of doing.. wow.. =oD

These are some of the ones we return to time and again!

Connears

MK - Cinderella's (for lunch or dinner), and the Plaza Restaurant (not the pavillion... but the actual restaurant)
Epcot - San Angel Inn (prefer dinner), and Teppanyaki (makes a great lunch!)
MGM - Brown Derby and Toy Story Pizza Planet(!!!)
AK - Tusker House (definitely... don't need PS, but great food!)
Resorts - I can't pick just 2... Flying Fish Cafe - Boardwalk (Definite!)... Artist Point Wilderness Lodge... Citrico's (Grand Floridian)... Enjoy!

For only adults, we think that Citrico's is the best. California Grill (in time for fireworks), Narcoossee's, Flying Fish, Brown Derby, and Wolfgang Pucks are great spots with few young kids. At EPCOT, we always go to Le Cellier.

Part of the WDW magic is being around chilidren and families. For that experience, I suggest the CP lunch with Pooh and friends, Cape May Cafe Seafood Buffet, and The Liberty Tree Tavern.

A great evening could be a nice early dinner at the Flying Fish (no dessert), rent The Breathless for a spin around the lake and watch Illuminations. After the cruise, dessert at Beaches and Cream, walk around the lake, and finish the evening at Jellyrolls or Atlantic Dance Hall. Unless you are staying at an EPCOT resort, take a cab back to your resort.

Magic Kingdom: We have only eaten at Peco's Bill's and Cosmic Rays and really enjoyed them for counter service.

Epcot: Le Cellier and Rose and Crown - these are DH and I favorite restaurants in Epcot.

MGM: Sci-Fi (we are in the minority, but enjoyed and food and the milkshakes) and Hollywood and Vine.

Animal Kingdom: Rainforest Cafe - DH and I enjoy this restaurant, but like the one in DTD a little better.

Resorts: Beaches and Cream at Beach Club Resort - DH demanded we eat here on the next trip as well as several ice cream stops throughout the week!!

1. Magic Kingdom
Liberty Tree Tavern
The Castle

2. Epcot
Chefs De France
Teppanyaki
Biergarten

3. MGM
Brown Derby -- (would like to try 50's prime time and mama melrose)

4. Animal Kingdom, including the Lodge
Tusker House
Flame Tree BBQ
(A lot of people like the RFC.... I despise it! Have yet to have good service there. Food is ok. Service is horrid.)

5. All the Resorts

All the resorts and downtown disney and I can only pick 3? I would probably forgo all of the park restaurants (except for a few) and go to the resort or dtd restaurants!!! :)

Swan - Palio
YC - YC Steakhouse
BW - Spoodles
Contemporary - Calif Grill
Grand F (Want to try Narcoosees and citricos)
Wilderness Lodge - Artists Point (Haven't tried it want to)
AKL - (want to try Jinkos)
DTD - House of Blues, Wolf Gang Puck and want to try Portabellos.

Hmmmmmm looks like I'm going to have to lose a ton of weight before my next trip and go with a HUGE appetite! LOL
