Need Rain :(

It's the middle of April and we are on a total water ban, no watering even if you have a well. Thing look very bleak here. We need rain soon and lots of it.

Yesterday some of my tulips opened and they melted in the heat. (96°) A little cooler today but still no rain. I think this is going to be a long summer w/watering can in hand. Ever try watering trees and shrubs with a watering can.

I would be doomed in that kind of situation. We only get 6 inches of rain a YEAR here. So no watering... would mean reverting to the natural air landscape. Hopefully, you will receive lots of rain periodically - so that your watering can efforts can be kept to a minimum.
