need quick Priceline help

I can't find where to click on the priceline website to make an offer on renting a car from any rental company rather than making a confirmed, set price reservation. Somebody who is brain alert. . . . where do I click?

on Priceline's main page there are tabs at the top, one says rental car, I just clicked on it and it brings up the page to put in your information then put in your price.
