Need quick help regarding tix & bands

A coworker is planning a last min (July 16-21) trip to the World. He is planning on buying tickets from Undercover tourist and booking his value resort thru Travelocity. How does he get his magic bands and how does he link his UT tix to them? Thanks

Once he books the room he needs to link the reservation to his MDE account. After he has linked the room reservation, there should be a pending order for MagicBands. He would need to confirm the mailing address and then select colors.

Park admission is also linked to MDE.

Nothing is stored on the actual MagicBands except for a unique id number. The MagicBand is also linked to a MDE profile and is just a key use to reading the data stored on the profile.

Because he is less than 30 days from arrival, he can customize his bands and pick them up at check in. He needs to link his reservation into a My Disney Experience account, the same with his tickets (I used the MDE app to scan them rather than entering all the letters and numbers). He also needs to call Magical express and give them his flight info if he plans on using Magical Express.

He may also have to get the DISNEY reservation number from Travelocity as well. I doubt his Travelocity reservation number and his Disney reservation number are the same. In regards to linking his reservations to his account.
