But she was looking for something quick, if she doesn't already have a frozen squirrel in her fridge (I don't think most of us do ), then she'd have to go out and hunt down a squirrel! Then you've got to worry the whole rabies thing going on....you don't want to catch a rabid squirrel and then feed it to your family...that wouldn't go over well with the in-laws! She would also have to skin it....if her kids saw her doing that, they might think their Mom's has killed Chip or Dale, her kids would be terrified of bringing their mom back to Disney out of fear of mom hunting down Mickey or Donald for their next meal!
My kids love breakfast for dinner. Eggs scrambled, fried, omlets or egg sandwiches. It's easy and filling.
Another thing that is easy is brown up boneless skinless chicken breasts. Dump in 1 or 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and simmer until the chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice.
