Need PHOTOPASS help!

So I decided to look at the photopass cd since I'd like to throw some pictures into our Christmas cards.

I need major help.
Our trip was Sept 23-30th. I messed with the photos for days... marking all the ones I wanted for the cd with the "heart" or favorite button.

Now, on my cd there are 160 photos of the same thing... like the same photos of daughter w/ daisy at epcot, stitch... NONE from MK, MNSSHP.....

Help, I could throw up this is so bad...
Am I out of luck?

Well, you don't actually mark the pix for the CD. But while messing with the photos,if you *deleted* the ones you didn't want, that's what kept them off the CD... The default is that EVERY picture not deleted will be on the CD.

I can't imagine you deleted all the ones from the other places.

I don't know how long PP keeps pictures in their system (they delete them off your account after the period of time they state, but they can access them a little while later), but I would write a detailed email through the contact us forms, asking for their help.

One other thing - if you uploaded your own pictures, those will not go on the Photopass CD. Only the photos from the Disney Photopass Photographers will be on the CD. Everything from the Photopass photographers should be on the CD unless you deleted them somehow from your photopass account.

Call and speak to a Photopass rep.. They are very nice. I hope they can help you.
