Hi,
I stayed there in October and thought it was very nice. It is a small complex and isn't as fancy as a place like Cypress Harbor or the other big timeshare places. We stayed in a 2br and it had about 1400 square feet. It was nice on the inside and had a balcony that extended from the living room to the master bedroom. The master bath did not have a whirlpool. The second bedroom did not have a TV. We arrived at night and the main office was closed(they close around 8pm). Security checked us in and took a credit card number from us to give the office in the morning. Our only problem was with the living room TV not receiving any channnels when we arrived. We checked in with the office the next day. Before we took off to the attractions we mentioned the TV to the staff and it was taken care of by the time we got back.
The landscaping was nicely done and the staff was very friendly. We don't really use the amenities when we are on vacation but the pool next to us was nice. They local paper was free during our stay. There are no elevators and if you stay on the second floor you'll have to lug everything up to the room(we stayed on the second floor). It is off Hwy 192 and there are many expressways within a close distance to go in any direction.
There are tons of restaurants in the area and Disney is about 3 miles away. I would stay there again in a second. I've stayed at Westgate Villas, Marriott Cypress Harbor, Marriot Grande Vista, and Orbit One Villas. If the price was equal which it isn't, I would stay in the Marriot properties, followed by Polynesian Isles, Orbit One, and Westgate Villas. If you get a good rate, like on Skyauction.com, take advantage of it and visit this resort. It's a nice place and you won't be disappointed.
