I just booked a trip on Tuesday (the 17th) for my aunt and 4 year old twin cousins to come visit on the 26th (less than a week away!). I called on Wednesday to book a few ADRs and got Coral Reef, 1900 Park Fare, Chef Mickey's, and Whispering Canyon. We're not sold on Coral Reef as no one eats fish.. is it any good for non fish eaters?? We will be on the CM dining plan and need a meal that only takes 1 credit. Obviously it's very last minute but a bunch of places are still open so just wondering if there's anything else you'd suggest... preferably not in DHS or AK. I tried 'Ohana but they're totally booked. TIA!

The Garden Grille in the Land Pavillion at EPCOT is very kid friendly! Not only is it a character meal, with Mickey and Friends running around, but the meal is homestyle cooking served family style. My husband and I ate there on our honeymoon and had the most wonderful time. Oh, the restaurant turns while you are eating, displaying the attractions in the pavillion. YUMMY FOOD!!!! You should give it a try!:goodvibes

I don't eat fish and had the steak at Coral Reef. It was okay. My kids had mac & cheese.
What about Crystal Palace in the MK? It's my youngest dd's favorite. Winni the Pooh, Piglet... I've done lunch and dinner and enjoyed both.
If you want to stay in Epcot if they little ones are girls I'm sure they would enjoy Akershus for the Princess Storybool breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Either Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom or the character breakfast at Beach Club --Cape May Cafe.

How about 50's primetime? That place can be alot of fun, and sometimes servers pick on the adults and the kids get a kick out of it

How about Hollywood and Vine? 4yr olds love JoJo and LiL Einsteins.

I would stick to Coral Reef. We were there with a 6yo and we all loved atmoshere and the food. My nephew ate his entire cheese pizza (can you get more kid friendly) and the aquarium kept him "busy" throughout the meal. Though we had fish, there are other choices on the dinner menu:

12-oz Grilled NY Strip Steak - served with potatoes au gratin, and broccolini $31.99

Grilled Chicken Breast - with Jasmine rice and chicken broth $20.99

Grilled Pork Chop - served with caramelized shallots and sweet onion mashed potatoes topped with wild mushroom sauce $21.99

Pumpkin Risotto - infused with Manchego Cheese and green beans topped with fried parsnips and cranberry sauce $16.99

We loved this meal and it was the most difficult ADR for us to secure.

Thanks guys! I'm still trying to decide. I thought about Crystal Palace but worry that 3 character meals will be overkill.. what do you think?

Three character meals are not overkill!! :hyper: We would go to one every day of our trip (wait a minute, we always do that!! ;) ) if we can. We go to character breakfasts and signature ts for dinner, did this in April and it worked out so well. It has been almost 3 months  and we are all having withdrawals!! September is too far away. We never have to stand in line to see characters, they always come to our table and sign our books and pose for
photos. It is wonderful. Part of going to Disney for us.

To our family there is no such thing as character overkill when in Disney. Crystal Palace is also a beautiful place. The food is good too. We like to start our trip there.
