My wife and I are very lucky to be able to get to WDW often. So often that we are looking for new dining options in the world. We have tried going out of the world with no success, i.e. good meals. Seem to be mostly chains outside of the WDW complex.

What we like and visit on a regular basis:

Via Napoli
Narcoosee's
Le Cellier
Blue Zoo
Yak and Yeti
China
Rose and Crown
Shula's
Yatchsman
Victoria and Albert's - Once in a while. Not so much anymore since Tables is no longer accepted.
Garden Room - tea
France - Both restaurants
Brown Derby
Prime Time Café
Flying Fish

What we avoid:

Mexico - Any restaurant
Citrico's
Tutto Italia - Worst meal ever. Maybe a bad night?
Morroco - all restaurants

In addition to The Wave maybe...

Tutto Gusto
Jiko
Sanaa
Olivia's
Raglan Rd (DH's favorite)

I second Sanaa! We absolutely love it. We were pleasantly surprised back in Jan. with how much we enjoyed Tokyo Dining, and the view of Illuminations from their patio is very nice.

Have you tried BOG dinner? I know many think it's overrated but we've had 6 great meals there.

Maybe try some more resort restaurants like Sanaa and Jiko at AKL, Shutters at CBR, Artist Point at WL, Il Mulino and Kimono's at Swan.

Head to Disney Springs for Raglan Road, Morimoto Asia, Wolfgang Puck, House of Blues. Or bar hop around DS and hit Boathouse, Jock Lindsey, maybe Paradiso 37 for small snacks.

Excellent!

I had forgotten about a lot of these suggestions.

The Wave, Captain's Grille, Raglan Road, Morimoto looks amazing, although I've only been inside to check it out, Turf Club at Saratoga I heard is also very nice.

Sanaa - very good food, good service, and reasonable prices (by Disney standards)
Jiko - Sanaa's upscale cousin with an excellent wine list
Artist Point - can be inconsistent, but usually quite good, nice wine list, and excellent ambiance
Morimoto Asia - not amazing, but overall a solid choice. Some selections are superb (Buri bop)
Il Mulino - best Italian in the World; casually upscale
Kimono's - small but fresh sushi and delightful service

Give The Boathouse a try, we enjoyed our anniversary meal here very much in January.

Based on your list, my suggestions would be to consider:
Il Mulino
Artist Point
Kona Cafe
