Need input on restuarants........

Our last day at Disney we will be at MK. They close at 7:00 for the P&PP
(8/28). The only ADR I could get at Crystal Palace is for 3:00pm. We really don't want to use a TS for lunch. (I am on the DDP, and PAYING for it!). So last night I called and got Kona's for 8:30pm. I am hesitant about the menu, because I'm not sure it will please my kids. However, I was just looking at Grand Floridian Cafe and they have burgers on the adult menu and a menu for the little ones that looks good as well. Anyway, I've never heard anything about the Grand Floridian Cafe, good, bad or otherwise. Although, they probably don't have anything available. What would you guys do if you were me?

We have always had great service at GF Cafe. We have always been able to get last minute ADR's.. We normally have Breakfast at GF but this last trip we had dinner. DH had the fish of the day & it was better than the fish he had at Coral Reef the day before. I was feeling kinda yucky from a cold so I had Hot Tea, French Onion Soup & crab Cakes, DS had a CheeseBurger & DD had the Chicken Soup & Penna Pasta. And we had dessert the mini desserts are a great idea. It is quieter than Kona. But I would look at the menus to help make up your mind. We also enjoy Kona but could not get in that nite.

We loved CP and Had a great lunch there so when dinner came around we were not that hungry and grabbed soemthing small. The food was exclllent and the characters great.

How about Chef Mikcey or the Concourse Steakhouse, they had a decent kids menu when we went at least for my kids.

After looking at the menu on Allearsnet.net I decided on Grand Floridian Cafe. I called and made an ADR and afterwards he told me it was a princess TS, featuring Cinderella, Prince Charming, someone else (I couldn't write fast enough) Susie and Perla. Then he told me the menu, I couldn't write it all but it did not include adult burgers which is what I was looking for......menu style not buffet

shared family style dessert!

Does anyone have anymore recent info on this restuarant?
