DH has been at BCT and AIT since August of 2007. The company he worked for before going to AIT has now closed. He will graduate from AIT in three weeks. When he returns home he will be job hunting as he is ANG and will only drill one weekend a month. Can he file and draw unemployment while he is looking for a new job?

yes he is entitled to draw against the company he worked for-and his employment ends the day the company closed not the day he left for BCT. I know ALOT About guard stuff-my old man has been in 30 years, ive done family programs for 20 years and we are on our4th mobilization. pm me i will find you some resources to help you out/
