Need ideas on doing a trip surprise with Prime Time Cafe!

So we've decided at the last minute to head down for Spring Break! My oldest dd turns 16 this weekend. Whenever we ask her what she wants for her birthday it's always the same response....she wants to go to PrimeTime Cafe and order a Smores.

So now I'm trying to decide how to incorporate this into a big surprise. I can make smores...but need a creative way of tying it together. Suggestions?

You ask her "and what would you like "smore" of? Hopefully, she'll say Disney World.

Or, you could put a piece of paper on the plate under her Smore that says "the holder of this ticket goes to the 50s Prime Time Cafe on XXX date."
