Need ideas for frame

My sister started working for Disney (you can actual see her office when you take the back stage tour ride) on March 8th. She is an Industrial Engineer in the Costuming Department. She will be traveling all over the world to all the parks. I would like a design that I can iron on to fabric to frame for her office that represents this amazing opportunity. Her husband also works as an IE in the Labor Department, they are so happy and feel very fortunate to be working for such a great company. Thanks in advance for sharing your ideas and talent.
