Need hotel advice for Georgia/Florida border!

Would anyone please give me a recommendation for a decent area to stay in on the Georgia/Florida border? I am looking for an inexpensive hotel to stay in for the night. We already planned to stay in Darien, GA, but feel we can drive a little further.

If you can make it 20 miles past the GA/FL line mile marker 363A/B has a Hilton Garden Inn, 13503 Ranch Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218
with good reviews on Tripadvisor. We have stayed ai the Wingate Inn is the same area which was fine. Many hotels and places to eat in this area.

Use airport exit and stay in right lane. Follow signs onto Airport Service Rd and drive 0.25 mile. Hotel is located on the right.

This is a nice area. If you stay closer to the GA/FL line the options are not very nice.

We stayed at the Wingate Inn Jacksonville airport at I 95. Extremely clean hotel around several restaurants. Were going to stay there again next summer while traveling to Disney.

Another good Hilton affiliate is Hampton Inn.

Country Inns and Suites in Kingsland. My DS always stays there and she likes it alot. That's saying much because she is very, very nitpicky.

I second the Country Inn and Suites in Kingsland. Very clean and new. Discounts at neighboring restaurants (3 share the parking lot.) Gas is cheaper in Ga., so it's also a good place to fill up before Florida.

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Kingsland two times. It is a very nice place with cookies at night and breakfast in the morning. There are several hotels right next to each other in this area. They are about 2 minutes off of I-95. There are also several places to eat with in walking distance. There is also a Super-Walmart about 2 miles down the road. When you leave the hotel you are in Florida in about 10 minutes. With no traffic you are 2 hours 30 minutes away from Disney.
