Need Help With Ride & Show Division Questions

Are there any Imagineers present or past that can give me some insight to the Rides and Show Division at WDW? How are they to work for as far as coworkers, management, work load, family values, salary, advancement, etc? I'm needing some inside opinions. Thanks!
