Need help with definitions and abbreviations please?

What is a "world hopper" pass?

I see "PS" in a lot of posts, what does it mean ( and not post script)

And can somebody make it easy for me to understand "child swapping"?

And, finally, can somebody explain the benefits of the fast pass? I know what it is but my relative came back from Disney saying that it was more trouble that it was worth. But I haven't been able to reach them to find out what they meant.

Ive never heard of a world hopper pass. an "ultimate hopper pass" is the kind of pass you buy with your resort stay. Its good from check in to check out to get in pretty much anywhere. A park hopper or park hopper plus is a pass good for a certain amount of days, but they days never expire if you dont use them all.

PS stads for priority seating. Thats what you call to book meals, basically like reservations, only when you arrive you get the next available table, rather than having one waiting for you. It works great.

Child swapping or kid switching is what you do on big rides that arent safe for small children. So you and your husband go with a baby. One rides first and then you hand off the baby and the other rides right away, rather than having to go back to the end of the line. They dont make you go alone, so if you have an older child who can ride, he can go with both parents.

Fast pass is awesome. On the really popular big attractions, they have a fast pass line in addition to the regular or "stand by" line. Basically you approach the ride and stick your park ticket into a machine and it spits out a ticket with a time to come back to the ride at. There are clocks that tell yuo what time the fast passes are being given out for, so you will know if it conflicts with dinner or something. But you get your pass and go on another ride or shop or whatever and then come back at the fast pass time a walk right onto the ride.
