Our first time on the DDP, and we don't know much at all about good CS choices.

Me, DW, DS5, DD2. We are NOT park hopping, 6 day MYW, 5 dining credits and here is our TS schedule where we have reservations:

Saturday: Arrive, Epcot, dinner at Le Cellier (1 TS credit)
Sunday: Epcot: Lunch at Akershus (1 TS credit)
Monday: MK: Early dinner at Hoop De Doo (2 TS credits)
Tuesday: MGM: Lunch at 50s prime time (we plan to pay out of pocket)
Wednesday: MK: Early dinner at Goofys thing (1 TS credit)
Thursday: we pick park: Breakfast at Supercalifrag (we plan to pay out of pocket) leave afternoon.

We really appreciate the advice we get here!

Thanks Disboards! (PS, we leave tomorrow, and still have to pack!!!)

Well, not that we've eaten at all I'll recommend I have done hours (and hours and hours and hours!) of research on this very thing so here is what we're trying at each park:

MK: Pinocchio's Village Haus or Pecos Bills. Also, we have eaten at Cosmic Rays several times and it's always been pretty decent for CS. Just nt doing it this time because we want something new.

Epcot: I know people knock the American CS (forget the name) but I've had good 'normal' food there - don't know if your little ones are picky or not. We are going to try Morocco per the reviews or Sunshine Seasons in FW. I would NOT recommend the Mexican CS. It was disgusting and I love Mexican food usually.

MGM: Pizza Planet has gotten great reviews for their pizza and salads. ABC Commissary is also decent and a good place to cool off if it's hot.

AK: Flame Tree BBQ seems to have gotten the best reviews. Idont' know if the new CS opening where Donald's was will accept the DDP.

We are also going to try the food court and POR and POFQ and Earl of Sandwich in DTD.

Obviously, just my opinions but they are based on a lot of research here at the DIS and elsewhere :)

I agree with all the bolded above, and would also add Columbia Harbor House at MK, and the China and Norway CSs in Epcot.

Epcot: Tangerine Cafe, Yorkshire County Fish & Chips or Sunshine Seasons
MK: Cosmic Rays, Pecos Bills or Columbia Harbor House
MGM: Our family really likes ABC Commissary, but others feel strongly in the other direction
AK: Flame Tree BBQ

If you want to try a CS outside the parks, look at Pepper Market at CSR. You can get a ribeye, potatoes and veggies for 1 CS credit. Best deal at WDW. IMHO.

We love Sunshine Season in Epcot ,Pecos Bill's in MK, and Flame Tree at AK. We still haven't found a CS we like very well at MGM but the food at ABC is at least edible.
