Need help with accomodations near UCLA

Hoping the deep knowledge of the DIS can help! I'll be working on UCLA's campus this summer July 2-13, and need to find lodging that is reasonable and preferably within walking distance to campus (I'll be working near and at the UES - University Elementary School).

The UCLA guest house is sold out for some of the nights. If there is a reasonable bed and breakfast, that would be great! Otherwise, a reasonable hotel recommendation would be most welcome as I don't know the area. Help!
